Nadir Akhundov was born in 1925 in the ancient city of Nakhchivan, which has raised many talented generations for centuries, has a rich and generous nature, and is known for its geographical landscape.

This land, which is famous for its mighty mountains and magnificent gardens, is known for its architectural monuments, especially the pearl of Azerbaijani architecture, Mümine Hatun monument.

It is not surprising that Behruz Kengerli, the founder of the professional fine arts of Azerbaijan, was born here and created the first pearls of Azerbaijani art.

Nadir Akhundov memorized and loved the beautiful landscapes he had seen all his life since childhood, and an irresistible desire arose in him to put them into colour.

* Sattar Bahlulzadeh Was Born On December 15, 1909 In The Village Of Amirjan In Baku.
* In 1927 He Entered The Painting School, In 1931 - Azerbaijan Art School,
* In 1933 He Entered The Moscow State Art Institute.
* In 1941, V.I. He Graduated From The Moscow Art Institute Named After Surikov.
* Famous Artists V. A. Favorski And Q.M. He Was A Student Of Shagal.
* He Started His Career In The "Kommunist" Newspaper Under The Leadership Of Azim Azimzade.
* He Published His First Cartoon Caricatures In 1931-1933.
* Sattar Bahlulzade Was Awarded With Two Red Banner Flags And Medals.

Bahlulzadeh Died On October 14, 1974 In Moscow. He Was Buried In The Village Of Amirjan And His Mausoleum Was Erected.

Settar Behlülzade, The Great Master Of Azerbaijani Painting, As A Nature Lover, Could Hear The Living Breath Of The Language Of Nature And Skillfully Transferred It To The Canvas. It Is Possible To Encounter Original, Perhaps Fantastic, Landscapes In Each Of Settar's Nature Landscapes. Because He Synthesized His Impressions From What He Saw In Nature With His Own Emotions And Imagination, And Was Able To Create His Own School With His Unique Approach. In The Early 1970s, The Artist, Who Took A Completely Different Direction, Moved Further Away From The Realistic Transfer Of Nature And Started To Increase His Search For Color, Emotion And Harmony. In His Works After The 1970s, Behlülzade, While Not Breaking Away From Impressionism, Entered A New Phase Integrating With The Compositional Setup And Color Refinement Peculiar To Azerbaijani Miniatures. Now, It Can Be Seen That The Generalizations And Allegorical Expression Arising From The Fusion Of Some Traditional Elements From The Azerbaijani Landscape And Culture, Rather Than Any Natural Appearance, Come To The Fore In His Paintings.

* Sattar Bahlulzadeh was born on December 15, 1909 in the village of Amirjan in Baku.
* In 1927 he entered the painting school, in 1931 - Azerbaijan Art School,
* In 1933 he entered the Moscow State Art Institute.
* In 1941, V.I. He graduated from the Moscow Art Institute named after Surikov.

Now, it can be seen that the generalizations and allegorical expression arising from the fusion of some traditional elements from the Azerbaijani landscape and culture, rather than any natural appearance, come to the fore in his paintings.
